Why aren't my .mkv movies playing in sync?
Or better yet, how can I fix it? I just got an "upgrade" to a new computer but my .mkv video still isn't playing in sync with the audio. I've been told my computer is now up to about 2005 as far as upgrades are concerned. I'm using BSplayer v.2.50. All other files like .avi play fine. Is my computer just too old and slow to play these files or is it something else? Sorry I can't provide more info, I'm no expert on this stuff.
What do you mean. Is the video playing fullspeed, but a few seconds off of the audio? If that's the case then it's PROBABLY the file. It's worth testing it on another machine. If it works fine on another, though, try using a differ player. I personally use GOM Player, give it a try. GOM also has a sync setting, so if it's unsynced in GOM also, you can adjust the audio to sync with the video manually using the ">" and "<" keys.

How can I get more bass from my Sony Receiver HT-DWG700?
Hi,
I would like to get more bass out of my Sony Receiver home theater surround sound system when I watch tv or movies. Right now I'm not getting very much bass at all. Just for info, I just purchase the system today and i have not test speakers or play around with it. Just thought someone can give me a quick way to set up the bass, gain more bass out of my surround sound. I would like to get as much bass as I can out of it.
