I think it's "And I Alone Survived", starring Blair Brown. It is based on a true incident- plane crashes in the Sierra Nevadas, girl climbs down in her skirt, then when she reaches civilization the locals are afraid of her due to her disheveled appearance...Charles Manson had recently committed mass murder. The movie was made for TV in '78. Look up Lauren Elder at "Wikipedia".
