chicago movies downtown

Do they still show this movie?

Where do they show "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" at midnight? The only place I knew of was The Biograph in downtown Chicago & they closed a while ago. Are there any other places they show it? (locations close to Naperville, IL?)

you can occassionally see it on cable tv. I don't know of any theater that still shows it.
However, a movie called 'The Room' is being screened in CA, and is being called the 'new' rocky horror picture show.....

When Walt Disney dies in 1966, his brother Roy O. Disney continued the plans for the first phase of the project and he is the one who oversaw the construction. Walt Disney World opened its doors to the public in the latter part of 1971.

The Results of Disney World History and How it is Today

Now that you have an idea about how the Disney World History started, here is a brief description of how it looks today. There are four theme parks, a couple of water parks and 23 themed hotels in the Walt Disney World Resort.

The four theme parks include the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Animal Kingdom and Disney's Hollywood Studios. There is a wide array of Disney World rides that you can choose from - whether it is something thrilling for the parents or something fun-filled for kids.

Taste, Pride and baseball bring busy weekend
Chicago will be packed with big events this weekend, as the Taste of Chicago kicks off on the same weekend as the  Chicago Pride Fest, Cubs-Sox games, major concerts and several neighborhood festivals. We figured this would be an interesting place to visit since it brings together architecture, social and industrial history, and it would really give us insight into one of the most interesting personalities of Chicago's history. Chicago’s name in architecture, began in the 1800s and continues today. If you want to take a walk and see the great architecture of Chicago, there is more than a day’s worth of sites. You can begin with famous buildings by Frank Lloyd Wright (check out the Unity Temple at 875 Lake St) and Louis Sullivan (Visit his famous Carson Pirie Scott flagship on State St). The Monadnock, and Mies van der Rohe’s Post office are also well worth a visit.

If you plan on shopping along Chicago's famous State Street, the park is just a few blocks east and would be a great end to a day of shopping and sight seeing in Chicago. From fun shopping sprees and visiting historic attractions to an evening of fine dining, the mix of Chicago attractions provides the perfect opportunity for the two of you to enjoy each other's company.

You've probably seen Michigan Avenue, also known as The Magnificent Mile (or "Mag Mile) in every movie ever filmed in Chicago, so don't miss your chance to stroll its wide sidewalks and enjoy all of the world-class shopping and eateries along the way. If you find yourself visiting Chicago on a sunny day, head north along Michigan Avenue and turn onto Lake Shore Drive, a walking and biking path that runs along the lake. Millennium Park is conveniently located in downtown Chicago. Then, get off and take as much time as you want exploring the area. When you are ready, simply board the next trolley until you have seen all of the fantastic sights in Chicago. Does he think its a date?

I moved to downtown Chicago three months ago which I love, I love Chicago, I love the people, I love the downtown. However, there is this divorced man that lives next to me in my apartment building, I will admit he's a good looking guy and he is a successful lawyer but I have my conservative traditions and dating is not one of them.He's way too nice to me, he volunteered to do my laundry- i declined, he asks me for coffee every morning, dinner,movies etc yesterday i had a flat tire and the poor guy insisted to help me, his suit was all dirty, and he was even late for his work but he just insisted. I asked him if I could do anything in return and he said to have dinner with him. What does dinner,mean i hope he doesnt think its a date, i cant say no after he changed my tire, and i dont want to be mean. what do i do?

First off welcome to Chicago! Second, the guy is really interested in you. So, whats the prob? Why wont you go out with him, because yes it is a date, according to him.Xx

Otherwise tell him how you feel. He obviously isnt getting the hint.
